Research Philosophy

My primary research focuses on technology-integrated educational solutions, grounded in the philosophical belief that enhancing human capital development through a positive psychological lens can foster long-term resilience, skill acquisition, and well-being. To explore these dimensions, I employ a mixed and multi-method research approach, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the interplay between education, technology, and psychological development.

Rooted in my diverse professional experiences and interdisciplinary educational background, my research centers on a fundamental question: How can we empower individuals—students, educators, and the workforce—to become psychologically resilient, highly skilled, and intentionally proactive in adapting to future changes, while enhancing their overall well-being in the digital age?

As Jim Collins (2009) stated, “Great vision without great people is irrelevant.” In this spirit, my work aims to elevate the role of human potential in the transformative processes of technological advancement. Beyond improving human capital, I seek to bridge the gap between education, industry, and workforce development, exploring how we can cultivate sustainable human growth, longevity, and positivity in anticipation of ongoing digital transformations.
